Product colors may also vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Tan & Grain reserves the right to change product prices, offers, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after successful communication through phone call, SMS, email, or online confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete customer information, or suspicious activity.

Customer Responsibility

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation by Tan & Grain

Tan & Grain reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Failure to confirm the order
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If advance payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working daysthrough the original payment method.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to receive a confirmed order without a valid reason, Tan & Grain reserves the right to limit future cash-on-delivery purchases from that customer.
