Eligible Return & Refund Cases
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must remain unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not apply for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Natural variations in leather texture, grain, or color
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, chemicals, or improper handling
- Used, altered, or scratched products after delivery
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear photos or videos for verification.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified by our support team:
- A replacement product will be arranged, or
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or mobile banking.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Tan & Grain.

Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the delivered product was defective or incorrect.
