At Tan & Grain, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we work with trusted courier partners across Bangladesh.

Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka Metro

  • Delivery Charge: 60 BDT
  • Payment Method:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Advance payment via bKash or online payment

Outside Dhaka Metro

  • Delivery Charge: 130 BDT
  • Payment Method:
    • Advance payment of the delivery charge (130 BDT) is required to confirm the order
    • Remaining amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery or advance payment

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 Working Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 4–8 Working Days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, festivals, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed after successful confirmation through phone call, SMS, or online confirmation. Tan & Grain reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incomplete information, or unsuccessful communication.

Delivery Process

The delivery person may contact you before delivering the parcel. Customers are requested to remain available on the provided phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Product Inspection

Please inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person upon receiving it.
If you notice any issue after opening the package, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video and contact our support team immediately. Without proper proof, Tan & Grain may not be able to process complaints regarding missing or damaged products.

Courier Delay Disclaimer

Although rare, Tan & Grain will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, political disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. All delivery estimates are based on working/business days.

Force Majeure

Tan & Grain shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, transportation disruption, or similar unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.
